• HARASSMENT: William G. Harris, 22, 51 Elmhurst Drive, was charged Thursday afternoon with first-degree harassment. A Spalding Street man told sheriff’s deputies that Harris followed him into the bathroom at Denny’s on South Transit Road. Harris allegedly confronted the man about a past incident involving one of Harris’ family members, then punched the man, causing a fight. Harris was released on an appearance ticket and is due Tuesday in Lockport Town Court.
• LARCENY: A Ridge Road woman told sheriff’s deputies she parked her car on Harrington Road between 7 and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday while she was walking her dog. Later in the day, the woman went to her car looking for her change purse and found it was missing. The woman then noticed a Garmin GPS and a Sirius Radio receiver missing. The items are together worth about $520, the report said.
• FRAUD: A Sunset Drive man reported Wednesday that someone used his Visa card June 24 to purchase $21 worth of merchandise online. The man said he contacted the online company where the purchase was made and was told the suspects are overseas. He told deputies he canceled the credit card, the report said.

• LARCENY: A Trailsend Lane man reported Wednesday that overnight, someone entered his wife’s car and stole a cell phone, pillow and flashlight. The items are worth about $170, the report said.
