City of Lockport
• LARCENY: Michael W. Maloney, 35, 107 Genesee St., was charged Tuesday with petit larceny, trespass and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Maloney allegedly took several items from the basement and porch of a Lock Street home. Maloney was held without bail.
• ASSAULT: George L. Dash, 42, 198 Pine St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault. Dash allegedly assaulted a woman at her Pine Street home. The woman was treated at Medina Hospital for two broken ribs and a ruptured ear drum. Dash was held without bail.
• STOLEN: Wanda Lee Davis, 42, 5302 Upper Mountain Road, lower, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Davis allegedly possessed a government rebate check for $1,200 that belonged to a Minard Street couple. She was held without bail.
• VANDALISM: An employee of Walgreen’s on South Transit Street reported Thursday morning that overnight, someone spray-painted “Bloods” on the front door. The damage is estimated at $50.
Town of Lockport
• LARCENY: A Lake Avenue man reported Monday that someone entered his car and stole several items, including a bluetooth headpiece, a cell phone charger, an iPod and three Fioronal pills. The items are worth about $165, the report said.
Pendleton
• ALCOHOL: Ronald Behm, 17, and Alexandria M. Wagner, 19, both of 6705 Minnick Road, Lockport, were each charged Thursday morning with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21. Behm and Wagner allegedly possessed a bottle of cherry vodka while on Loveland Road about 12:24 a.m. The bottle was discovered as deputies were questioning Behm and Wagner about a possible attempted break-in of a car in a nearby parking lot. They were released on appearance tickets and are due Wednesday in Pendleton Town Court.
Newfane
• FIGHT: A Lockport-Olcott Road woman reported Tuesday night that she became involved in an argument with a neighbor that became physical. As the women were shoving each other, the other woman’s boyfriend reportedly tried to intervene and grabbed the woman, leaving a bruise on her arm. The woman did not wish to file charges, the report said.
