Pair busted for meth bust

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A Town of Lockport man and woman are in the Niagara County Jail after allegedly producing Methamphetamine and growing marijuana at a Fairview Drive address.

Jessica Pittler, 23, and Johnathan O’Dell, 22, both were charged with second-degree unlawful manufacture of Methamphetamine, a Class C felony; endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor; and unlawful growing of cannabis, a Class A misdemeanor. 

The Niagara County Drug Task Force, in conjunction with the State Police Special Operations Response team, executed a search warrant at 7:02 p.m. at the residence on Tuesday.

Pittler and O’Dell were arrested at the residence. Bail was set at $5,000 cash $10,000 bond for each.

 This arrest is based on a four-month investigation conducted by the task force into meth manufacturing from the address. According to the sheriff’s office, the task force received many complaints about the Fairview address.

Gasport Chemical Hose and Tri-Town Ambulance assisted with the warrant execution.
