Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City man accused of sexually abusing child

A city man is facing sex charges related to an incident involving a child.

Jeffrey M. Massaro, 34, 24 Eisenhower Drive, was charged Thursday morning with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sexual conduct against a child. He was arrested at City Hall, 1 Locks Plaza and held for court on Thursday.

Lockport Police said the victim was a girl under the age of 11. The offense reportedly occurred sometime on Sept. 2 in the 500 block of South Transit Street.

No other information was available Thursday.
