DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Charlotte Jane Miller, 17, 115 Prentice Ave., Kenmore, was charged with disorderly conduct on Monday. Miller received an appearance ticket for city court.
LARCENY: Jared Brown, 17, 218 South St. apt Upper and Michael Hathaway, 16, 166 Spalding St. were charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen property Sunday morning. Two other juvenile males were released to their parents after being brought to LPD.

BURGLARY: An unknown person took a Sony Playstation 3, a Playstation controller and $12 in change from a Lincoln Place woman’s home last week, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office reported. The apartment door was locked but could be easily opened without a key, the incident report said, and the victim’s bedroom window was also open. A report was filed.
LARCENY: A Dysinger Road man told the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Sunday an unknown person took an envelope with $130 in it. There was no sign of forced entry and a report was filed.
DWI: Ryan C. Wentz, 23, of Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. New York Police said Wentz was given an appearance ticket on Bear Ridge Road.
