Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Next Thursday, the Niagara USA Chamber and the Lockport Business Association will co-host a debate among Lockport-area county Legislature candidates.
Competitive elections are taking place in the 11th, 12th and 15th Niagara County legislative districts, encompassing Pendleton, the town and a portion of the city of Lockport, and Royalton-Hartland.
Invited panelists in the debate are incumbent legislators Richard Updegrove, Anthony Nemi and Michael Hill, and their challengers, Anthony Molinaro, Davis Naus and Joshua Walker respectively.
The debate will be a structured question-and-answer session touching on topics that affect local communities and the county as a whole.
The debate will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Lockport Town Hall, 6560 Dysinger Road. It is open to the public.
