Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — CAMBRIA — One person faces driving while intoxicated charges and a second person was charged with disorderly conduct after a property damage accident on Saunders Settlement Road at 11:50 p.m. Thursday.
Misae Eimon, 43, 5835 Unicorn Drive, Apt. 208, Sanborn was charged with DWI, failure to use the designated lane, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of over .08 percent, and imprudent speed. Duke O. Omara, 36, 5835 Unicorn Drive was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.
The sheriff’s patrol responded to an accident where a vehicle went through a front yard and into an open field. According to the report, the occupants and the driver all appeared intoxicated.
Eimon failed failed field sobriety tests. A Datamaster test showed her to have a .16 percent blood alcohol content. Eimon was taken to the Niagara County Jail where her bail was set at $250.
Omara reportedly interfered with the investigation and was arrested. Omara alledgedly continued to yell obscenities during the investigation and was taken into custody at 12:30 a.m. He was held on $100 bail. They are to appear at the Town of Cambria Court on Tuesday.
