Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help in locating Kayla Walker, a 17-year-old girl who walked away from the Wyndham Lawn Home on Aug. 27 in Lockport.
Walker is known to have family and friends in the Buffalo area.
The Sheriff's Office said a warrant was released out of Erie County Family Court for Walker on Wednesday. No dangerous circumstances are suspected.
She is described as a black female, five foot four inches, 110 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a red Adidas shirt, black leggings, a blue sweatshirt and white canvas sneakers.
Information on Walker’s whereabouts can be forwarded to both the Niagara Sheriff’s Office and Erie County agencies. Anyone with information can contact Niagara County Sheriff Detective Capt.
