A Royalton man is facing a felony burglary charge after he allegedly broke into a home and stole prescription pills and an ice cream bar.
Casey D. Hayes, 19, of Gasport Road, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.
State police say Hayes broke into a home on Gasport Road in the Town of Hartland on April 22 while the resident was sleeping.
Hayes allegedly stole prescription medication and a Fudgsicle ice cream bar.
He was arraigned at Lockport Town Court and held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
