FROG HUNTER: Helen Shultz of Niagara Falls, holds the "frog whackin" stick her father hand carved for her from a barrel stave when she was a child. The frog whackin's story is one she shared in her autobiography, which will be presented to the Niagara Falls Public Library April 27.
