Saundra R. Burns

LOCKPORT — Saundra R. Burns, of Lockport, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 5, 2013.

Saundra was born in Lockport on January 28, 1951, daughter of the late Duane and Dorothy     (Ingram) Webber.

She graduated from Royalton-Hartland High School and in 1972 she graduated from Highland Hospital School of Nursing. She was employed as an RN at Eastern Niagara Hospital for 33 years, and she was an independent beauty consultant with Mary Kay for 16 years.

Saundra enjoyed her family, was an avid boater, was a member of the Olcott Yacht Club and the Power Squadron.

Mother of Jeffrey (Connie) Burns of South Carolina; sister of Bruce (Lesa Bennett) Webber of Middleport. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call  Sunday from 3 PM to 6 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM, at Huskey Cemetery. Memorials to the Lockport YWCA would be appreciated by the Burns family.
