Carol Joyce Depointe

RIVERVIEW, FL — Carol Joyce Depointe, 73, of Riverview, FL, and wife of Thomas Depointe, passed away October 25, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by her six children, Donald (Gabriela) Hillman, Debra (Mark) Weld, Ronald (Dawn) Hillman, Ralph (Patricia) Dufour, Darnell (Thomas) Gray and Christina Donaldson; and by her sister, Phyllis (late Raymond) Burch; and brother, Donald  (Marianne) Helwig. She will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and especially by her 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Carol retired from General Motors and enjoyed her winters in Riverview, FL, and her summers in Pike, NY. She loved camping, reading and visiting with friends.

There will be no calling hours. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials to Hospice will be appreciated by the family.
