O. Kenneth Salter

LOCKPORT — O. Kenneth Salter passed away July 5, 2013 in Niagara Hospice House. Born in Brewton, AL on October 24, 1944, he was the son of Bertha (nee Windham) Salter of Lockport and the late Oscar Salter. Kenneth was a truck driver for Crosset, Inc. in Warren, PA, and was a member of the Redman Club, IOOB and Navy/Marine Club.

Besides his mother, Kenneth is also survived by his two daughters, Laura (Scott) Alexander of Lockport and Paula (Randy) Vinson of Baton Rouge, LA; grandfather of Alicia Alexander, Nicholas Hawkins, Karie Hawkins and Robbie Vinson; great-grandfather of Alekzis and Travis; brother of the late Robert Salter.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. Memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.
