Francis H. Wilhelm

LOCKPORT —

Francis H. Wilhelm entered into rest on August 2, 2013. Born on August 30, 1930 in Lockport, he was the son of Walter and Margaret (Prendergast) Wilhelm.
Francis served in the United States Army from 1953-56. He retired from International Multifoods. He was a member of Holy Name Society and Eucharistic Minister of St. Anthony's Church and was a member of the Lady of Fatima Society.
Francis was predeceased by by his wife, Rita (Galbo) Wilhelm. Beloved father of Rosella (John) Terhaar, Angela (John) Congelli, Walter Wilhelm, Arlene (Michael) Licata. Cherished grandfather of John and Sarah Terhaar, Andrew (Kristin) Daniel, Edward Congelli, Emily, Olivia, Luke and Claire Wilhelm, Lauren, Michael and Nicholas Licata. Dear brother of Mary (late William) Schulz and Joseph Wilhelm and the late Gerald Wilhelm, Margaret (Martin) Geary, and Walter Wilhelm. Brother-in-law of Marguerite Wilhelm and Patricia Wilhelm. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call from 3-7 PM on Sunday at the TAYLOR & REYNOLDS FUNERAL HOME, corner of Transit and Niagara Streets, where prayers will be held at 9 AM on Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at All Saints Parish at 9:30 AM. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the  Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated by the family.
