NEWFANE — Richard G. Pascoe, of Newfane, NY, husband of the late Anna E. Wahl Pascoe, entered into rest Friday, November 23, 2012 in Newfane Rehab & Health Care Facility. He was born in Brampton, Ontario Canada, January 25, 1920, the son of the late Richard and Mildred Page Pascoe. Graduate of Lockport High School, Class of 1938.

Richard was a US Navy veteran who served his country from 1943-1946. He worked for Bell Aero Space in Tonawanda as an Advanced Aviation Technician. Lifelong avid outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and speaking of his near misses and many successes in the field.

Richard was one of the founding members of 50-50 hunting club. He also was a life member of the NRA, Newfane American Legion Post #873. Member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Wilson, Burt & West Creek Road, Burt, NY.

Brother of Mildred Schweigert, Nancy Neidlinger Taylor, both of Newfane; Dorothy Randall of Prescott Valley, AZ; James (Geraldine) Pascoe of Nesbitt, MS; and the late Nelson Pascoe, Mary Berry and Marjorie Liddell. Brother-in-law of Donald Liddell of Newfane, NY. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and in-laws in the Wahl family.

No prior visitation. Funeral services will be held TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2012, at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Wilson, Burt & West Creek Road, Burt, NY 14028. Burial with Navy military honors will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Lockport, NY. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Wilson, Burt & West Creek Road, Burt, NY 14028, would be appreciated by the family.
