Isabell M. Henderson

LOCKPORT — Isabell M. Henderson quietly entered into rest on February 12, 2014, at Odd Fellows Rebekah. She was born September 26, 1923 in East Amherst to the late Leo and Nora (Fiegel) Seefried.

Isabell was the wife of the late Leonard Henderson. She retired from Harrison Radiator in 1979. She enjoyed gardening, needlepoint and was an avid reader.

Surviving Isabell are her children, Leonard Henderson, Jr. of Lockport, Lenora (Ted) Chuchla of Florida, and Michelle McDonnell of Lockport; a brother, Kenneth (Lorraine) Seefried and a sister, Lenora Bush, both of FL; 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Isabell was predeceased by two daughters, Diana Miller and Kathleen Adkins, and six brothers.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2014, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at Ross         Funeral Home Gaul Chapel, 263 East Avenue, Lockport. Please gather at All Saints Parish-St. Mary's site, 5 Saxton St., Lockport, on Monday, February 17 for a funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, P.O. Box 631, Buffalo, NY 14240-0631.
