David R. Warsocki

NEWFANE — David entered into rest on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at the Newfane Rehab & Health Center in Newfane, NY. He was born in Buffalo, NY, son of the late Alexander and Theresa Walczak Warsocki.

David served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from Harrison Radiator in 1989. David was a member of the St. Bonaventure Church, G-9 Management Club and the American Legion.

Father of David G. (Lisa) Warsocki of Wilson, NY, Michael Warsocki of Washington, D.C., and Matthew Warsocki of Buffalo, NY. Brother of the late Dr. Judith Vedella. Also survived by several grandchildren and one niece.

Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY 14108, on MONDAY 1-3PM and 5-7PM, where a memorial service will be held at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Newfane Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, 2709 Transit Rd., Newfane, NY 14108, would be appreciated by the family.
