Robert W. Hughes

LOCKPORT —

Robert W. Hughes passed away suddenly on June 16, 2013. Born in Buffalo on December 27, 1985, he is the son of Susan T. (Sanderson) Hughes of Springville and Scott H. (Ardyth) Hughes of East Amherst.
Robert was a 2004 graduate from Royalton-Hartland Schools, served in the US Navy and enjoyed music, hiking, photography and was a sports enthusiast.
Besides his parents, Robert is also survived by his sister, Larissa Hughes; and step-brother of Hayley, Hayden, Jonah, Seth, Evan, Asher, and Sydney Philyaw. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and close family friends, Ellen and Louis LaPort and their children, Alia, Louie and Veronica.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, June 20th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where funeral services will immediately follow at 7 PM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
