Leo W. Conley, Jr. entered into rest on September 20, 2012, at Gulfside Regional Hospice, Zephyrhills, FL, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Lockport, on January 13, 1922 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Leo W. Conley, Sr.
Leo was a graduate of Lockport High School and served three years in the US Navy. He retired as a letter carrier from the United States Postal Service after 34 years and moved to Florida in 1985. Leo was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Zephyrhills, where he served as an usher for several years.
Leo is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary (Lang) Conley; father of Colleen (Bruce) Mengel, Maureen (Joseph) Schumacher, Therese (Michael) Cosby, Daneen (Craig) Jeppson, Kevin (Jean) Conley, Kathleen (David) Phelps, Kerry (Lynn) Collier; grandfather of thirteen; and two great-grandchildren; brother of Patricia (late Richard) Mahar, James (Alma), Richard (Peg Just) and the late Burnetta Killion, Anna Louise Wolf, John and Robert Conley.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass to be celebrated on Saturday, November 10th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Inurnment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
