Shirley Ann Kerr

LOCKPORT —

Shirley Ann Kerr passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 in DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda. Born in Niagara Falls on March 2, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Esther Knowles Denman. Shirley enjoyed bowling, Bingo and playing cards. She is predeceased by her husband, Francis J. Kerr, who passed away in 2004.
Shirley was the mother of Thomas J. (Karen) Kerr of Lockport, William (Lucy) Kerr of Lockport, Christopher (BobbieJo) Kerr of Newfane and the late Robert Kerr and Dawn Gardner. Grandmother of Michele, Carla, Thomas, Jr., Crystal, Gloria, William, Jr., Kimberly and Christopher Kerr, Jr., Dedra and Alley Gardner; great-grandmother of eleven. Shirley was the sister of Joyce (Joe) Rolling, Douglas Denman and Darlene (Anthony) Catanese and the late Betty Rowland, Tina Roth, Gail MacPherson and Larry Denman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where visitation will immediately follow until 5 PM.
