The country's first  commercial satellite TV operation was put into place under Frank's direction.

In 1979 Frank opened a printing franchise called Sir Speedy Printing and operated the business until mid-1994. After his retirement, Frank drove for Carrier Coach for 10 years.

During his years in Buffalo, he was a member of the Randall Baptist Church in Williamsville. In later years he was a member of the Lockport Alliance Church where he attended and served since 1998. Frank was a member of Gideon's International and a charter member of the Amherst North Rotary Club where he received a Paul Harris Fellow Award.

He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan who was hoping someday to see a Super Bowl champion team. He played golf and loved taking care of his family.
