Luis A. Carrero

LOCKPORT — Luis A. Carrero (Louie) passed away suddenly on April 7, 2014. He was born in Lockport on February 17, 1958 to the late Ismael Carrero and Mary (Dunn) Carrero.

Luis attended Starpoint School and worked as a mechanic at Fibercell in Lockport. His interest in cars and motorcycles, especially Harley's, started at a very young age because of all the time he spent around his grandfather's business (Dunn's Auto Wrecking). Louie had a big heart and enjoyed helping people.

Besides his mother, two children, Russell Carrero of Buffalo and Trina Carrero of Lockport survive him; two brothers, Steven (Sharon) Carrero of FL and Kevin (Lori) Carrero of Lockport. Louie is also survived by a granddaughter, Juliana Carrero and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. Arrangements by Ross Funeral Home Gaul Chapel.

Visit www.gaulfuneralhome.com to share memories and condolences with Louie's  family.
