Joseph Philip Minunni

FT. PIERCE, FL — Joseph Philip Minunni, 73, of Port St Lucie, FL, died October 6, 2012, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Ft. Pierce. He was born in Lockport, NY and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1995, having moved from his birthplace. He had been a sales manager for corrugated containers before retirement. Joe was also a published author, having written "The 100 Agonies". He had coached Little League Baseball and was a member of Big Brother and Big Sisters, all in Lockport, NY. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie.

He is survived his brother, Anthony J. Minunni of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Ann Scirto of Largo, FL and Palma Napoleone Platt of Lockport, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 4:00-7:00PM, Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel. Funeral service, 10:00AM, Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow the service in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL  34997, in Joe's memory.
