Carl F. Lotz

BROCKPORT — Carl F. Lotz, of Brockport, NY, formerly of Medina, NY, husband of the late Mary Lotz,         entered into rest Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

He was born in Wrights Corners, NY August 19, 1923, the son of the late Carl F. Lotz, Sr. and Clara Hoeffner Lotz. He married Mary October 3, 1942. She died June 18, 2011. He was a US Army WW II veteran who served his country from 1943-1945.

Carl worked for Lockport Felt Company in Newfane as a foreman for 46 years, retiring in 1985. Member of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary, Brockport, NY, and past member of St. Charles R.C. Church, Olcott, NY.

Father of  Wayne (Julie) Lotz of Canmer, KY, Faye (Richard) Lotz-Withrow of Okatie, SC.     Brother of Betty Lotz Ramming of South Colton, NY, and the late Elsie Wright. Also survived by five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call on FRIDAY from 2-4 & 7-9 PM  at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc., 2670 Main St., Newfane, NY 14108. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on SATURDAY at 10:00AM at St. Brendan on the Lake, Main Street, Olcott, NY. Burial in St. Charles Cemetery, Newfane. Memorials to Honor Flight Rochester, Inc., P.O. Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.
