Ethel G. Harvey

NORTH TONAWANDA — Ethel G. (nee Trombley) Harvey, of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal life Saturday, February 9, 2013, in her 88th year. Born in Champlain, NY, on May 4, 1924, the daughter of the late Leander "Leon" J. and Ruth G. (Fifield) Trombley. Mrs. Harvey loved to dance with her husband, enjoyed being around people and having a good time, and she liked to laugh and always enjoyed a good joke.

Wife of the late Francis E. Harvey. Dearest mother of Susan (late William) Horn of North Tonawanda and Calvin (Carol) Harvey of Plattsburgh, NY. Proud and loving grandmother of David (Jennifer) Horn of Tonawanda, Karen (Jason) Horn-Jansen of Broadalbin, NY, Frank   Harvey of Plattsburgh, NY, and Carrie Zales; and great-grandmother of Brianna and Emily Horn of Tonawanda, Natalie Jansen of Broadalbin, NY, Wyatt Harvey of Plattsburgh, NY, Mason and Carter Zales of Plattsburgh, NY. Dear sister of Rita Roberts of Champlain, NY, Doris (Gary) Neale of Rouses Point, NY, Pauline (Morris) Roberts of Champlain, NY, and Donald Trombly. Predeceased by brothers, Orville and Hubert and sisters, Dorothy, Helen, Margaret Mae, Annabelle Ashline, Bernice Barcomb; brothers-in-law, Leon Roberts, Roland Barcomb and sisters-in-law, Noella Trombley and Gertrude Trombley. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to greet relatives and friends on WEDNESDAY, February 13, from 4 to 8 PM at the SABER FUNERAL HOME, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda (692-0271).

Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on THURSDAY at 11 AM.
