Gary Lee Grace

LOCKPORT — Gary Lee Grace entered into rest December 11, 2013. Born in Buffalo, he was the son of Thomas and Hilda (Bland) Grace. He married Sally Manderschied on August 31, 1963 in West Seneca. He worked for General Motors at the Tonawanda Power Train Engine Plant and was a Buffalo News distributor for Pendleton.

Gary was a member of the Pendleton Center United Methodist Church where he volunteered at the fish frys and also volunteered at Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport site, in medical records. He enjoyed playing cards at the casino and fishing.

Gary touched the lives of his family immensely with the joy and love he gave them.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sally Grace. Beloved father of Sandy (Tom) Smead and Chrissy (Greg) Kidney. Cherished grandfather of Andy, Ben and Sarah Smead, Daniel and Jack Kidney and Colton Schmidt. Dear companion of Maureen Davidson. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 2-5 PM on Sunday at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, corner of     Transit and Niagara Streets. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at the     Pendleton Center United Methodist Church, 6864 Campbell Blvd. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
