Katherine A. Moshier

GIRARD, OH — Katherine A. Moshier, 94, passed away peacefully Friday, December 6, 2013, at home,       surrounded by her loving family.

Katherine was born January 5, 1919 in Punxsutawney, PA, the daughter of John and Viola (Coy) Crago.

Katherine was a homemaker and also worked at Auto Batteries for 15 years during the war. She was a past officer of the Eagle's Club #825 where she was a member for 60 years. She enjoyed working on crafts, cooking, crocheting, bowling and bingo.

Katherine will always be remembered by her sons, Walter (Shelly) Murphy and Robert (Pam) Murphy; 18 grandchildren, especially her granddaughter, Patricia (Alfred) Bable, whom she     resided with for the past six years, 49 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren and eight brothers and sisters. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Moshier; four brothers and sisters; son, John Murphy; grandson, Albert Murphy and great-grandson, Ryan Hyon.   

There will be 2:00 PM funeral service on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman, OH, where friends may call from 11 AM until time of the services.
