Mary E. Brechue

LOCKPORT —

Mary E. Brechue, of Lockport, entered into rest on October 22, 2013. Born on May 7, 1937 in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late Fred J. and Laura A. Banker Mayer.
Mary worked as a lunch lady for DeSales Catholic High School for several years. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Mary's husband, John T. Brechue, Sr. passed away on October 30, 2000. Mother of William (Denise) Brechue of New Windsor, NY, John T. Brechue, Jr. of Lockport, NY, Brian (Amy) Brechue of Mumford, NY, Theresa Brechue of Rochester, NY, Robert (Sandra) Brechue of Hamlin, NY and Elizabeth (Timothy) Crowl of Hebron, CT; grandmother of Danielle, Austin, Erin, Nicole (Damian), Justine, Brandon, Michelle, Tyler, Allison, Matthew and Andrew; great-grandmother of Ashlynn; sister of the late John F. Mayer. Also survived by relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara St. at Transit. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at All Saints Parish, 76 Church St. on Saturday morning at 11 AM. (PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH.) Interment Cold Springs Cemetery. Donations in Mary's name to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements by Provenzano Memorial Chapel, Mark C. Provenzano, Director.
