City of Lockport

— CHARGED: Richard L. Beuler, 19, 8722 Supervisor Ave., Colden, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and tinted windows. Beuler was stopped Friday on High Street for an equipment violation and police observed a strong odor of marijuana. The substance found in a baggie field tested for marijuana.

— CHARGED: Michael James Zuehlke, 33, 20 John St., was charged with a sex offender registry violation. Zuehlke was arrested without incident at 8:45 p.m. Friday.

— CHARGED: Joshua C. St. Louis, 24, 6 Drake Drive, Cheektowaga, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. St. Louis was arrested Saturday on Washburn Street after the victim reported the pair had a fight over cell phones in Cheektowaga. The dispute continued in Lockport where the victim came with her three children. St. Louis allegedly threatened the woman and damaged the roof of her car.

Town of Lockport

— BURGLARY: A Chestnut Drive woman reported that a bow and arrow, a set of golf clubs and miscellaneous tools were taken from her detached garage sometime between Thursday and Saturday. The items taken belonged to her boyfriend, who had recently passed away.

— CHARGED: Manuel L. Nix, 28, 5777 Sweetwood Drive, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The patrol responded to the Red Apple in the City of Lockport to assist Lockport Police with an unwanted party at 3 a.m. Saturday. The police were advised that Nix was no longer welcome in the store. Officers frisked Nix for weapons and found a bag of marijuana. Nix is due to appear in the City of Lockport Court on Tuesday.

Wheatfield

— CHARGED: Kirsten Marie Stofle, 20, 510 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, was charged with second-degree forgery, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and without insurance. Stofle was stopped at 11:34 p.m. Friday on River Road after the license plate reader showed the vehicle plate/registration were suspended in March for an insurance lapse. A computer check on Stofle showed an active bench warrant out of the City of North Tonawanda for forgery. She was given tickets and is due in Town of Wheatfield Court on May 1.

Town of Lockport

— CHARGED: Danile Przybysz, 39, 660 Dysinger Road, was charged with second-degree harassment. A neighbor reported that he was threatened by Przybysz after Przybysz complained about and ongoing noise problem. Przybysz was arrested and given an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday. Both parties agreed to stay away from each other.

Hartland

— CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Middleport woman reported that an unknown person broke her driver's side window on her 1996 Chevrolet. The unknown suspect used a rock to damage the window. The damage to the window is estimated at $200.

Newfane

— BURGLARY: A Ewings Road business reported Friday that sometime in the winter an unknown person entered the garage and stole six light fixtures and two salon chairs. It appeared the suspect entered the garage through the front garage bay door. The total loss was $90.

Niagara Falls

— VANDALISM: On the 600 block of 71st Street at 4:33 a.m. Saturday, an officer noticed an illegally parked car whose passenger side window had been cracked by an apparent BB gun or pellet gun shot. The officer could not locate the owner to see if the damage is new or not, but the damage was consistent with the recent string of pellet shots in the LaSalle area.
