BLOTTER: Police reports published April 20

City of Lockport

— CHARGED: Two Washburn Street men were charged with a pedestrian violation at 3:15 a.m. Saturday while walking on Washburn Street. Robert L. Webb, 37, 274 Washburn St., Apt. 2, also faces a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. Police observed Webb and Richerd N. Bishop, 18, 273 Washburn St., walking on the street. Webb was found to have a baggie of marijuana.

Newfane

— PETIT LARCENY: A Wilson woman reported an unknown person took a $100 bill and three bank checks from her car while it was parked at Tops Market at 1 a.m. Saturday. The victim said she was only in the store a short period of time and left her purse on the front seat. Upon exiting Tops she observed a white male, approximately 5-foot-5 and wearing a black baseball hat, exit her vehicle and enter a older style red extended cab pickup truck and headed east on Wheeler Road.

North Tonawanda

— CHARGED: Cheryl L. King, 47, 375 Birchwood Drive, Lockport, was charged at 2:56 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated and driving left of pavement markings, according to the police report. She was being held in lieu of $250.

— CHARGED: Christopher A. Aughtmon, 19, 7407 East Britton Drive, was charged at 12:20 a.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the police report. He was released on his own recognizance.

— CHARGED: Michael P. Guerra, 22, 391 Wheatfield St., was charged at 8:08 p.m. Friday with first-degree criminal contempt. He was being held in lieu of $750.

City of Tonawanda

— CHARGED: Frank J. Cannata, 43, 3018 Baseline Road, Grand Island, was charged at 2:02 a.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test, driving left of pavement and a speed violation. Police observed Cannata driving 41 mph in a 30 mph zone, according to the police report. During a traffic stop, an officer observed several signs of intoxication. Cannata was held for court.
