BLOTTER: Police reports published April 21

City of Lockport

• CHARGED: Jorge D. Hernandez Jr., 26, 191 Matilda St., Rochester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to keep right. The police observed Hernandez swerving and speeding at 5 a.m. Sunday on Clinton Street. Hernandez had a strong odor of alcohol and bloodshot eyes. He failed sobriety tests.

• CHARGED: Jamie L. Bootes, 18, 36 Spruce St., Apt. 7, was charged with drinking alcohol under 21 and two counts of unlawful dealing with a child. The police responded to a complaint of a loud underage party on Spruce Street and that a male threw a beer out the window and urinated out of the window. Several people fled the building and the patrol secured three individuals. The patrol confiscated a 30-pack of beer. The juveniles were taken to the Lockport Police station and released to their parents.

• CHARGED: Michael T. Doxey Jr., 20, 19 John St., Apt. 3, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. The police responded to a report of a fight at 7 p.m. Saturday on West Avenue. Some suspects ran toward the railroad tracks. Three were spotted by police and told to stop. The defendants were seen climbing into the railroad cars in order to hide from the patrol. Doxey and a juvenile were found. The juvenile faces charges in family court.

Youngstown

• CHARGED: Seth M. Logan-Johnson, 16, 156 Jackson St., was charged with second-degree harassment. A Lockport woman complained Logan-Johnson was repeatedly calling 911 in regards to a call in which he was earlier involved. According to the report, each time he called he was more verbally abusive with her and the other dispatchers. The suspect, who was advised that any further calls would lead to his arrest, continued his behavior and his calls. Logan-Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear Tuesday in the Town of Porter Court .

Pendleton

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Main Road man reported that an unknown person used a cinder block to smash his mailbox. The victim said this has been an ongoing problem and the suspects left the area in a dark colored SUV.

Newfane

• STALKING: A Hess Road man reported he was being followed by a man who was driving a older style blue Chevy camaro. The victim said that at 11:39 a.m. Saturday he received a threatening message. The suspect also followed him on Murphy Road and Hatter Road. The patrol listened to the message that was left by the suspect and took a supporting deposition. The victim is requesting a order of protection.
