City of Lockport
• HARASSMENT: Raheem Polland, 26, 163 South St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Police were called April 10 to Washburn Street where a large crowd was gathering, yelling at each other, the report said. Police dispersed the crowd and learned that Polland had struck a South Transit Street woman while she was walking south on Washburn, the report said. Police arrested Holland at his residence without incident.
Town of Lockport
• LARCENY: A Corwin Station, Newfane, man reported Wednesday that he loaned his 2001 Chevy Malibu to a person when he was at the Rosewood Apartments on Lincoln Avenue in the Town of Lockport. The victim loaned the vehicle, valued at $6,000, to a person for payment in lieu of crack, the report said. The victim said that he met the person at 167 Spaulding St. before they went to the Rosewood Apartments to smoke crack. The person then asked to use the victim’s car, to which he agreed. When the victim awoke, his car was not there, the report said. On several occasions he went to Spaulding Street to look for his vehicle, with negative results, the report said.
Lewiston
• LARCENY: A Stenzel Avenue, North Tonawanda, man reported Wednesday that an unknown person went into a locker room and went through his bag. The unknown person removed a red flip cellular telephone, valued at $200, the report said. The victim left his bag on the floor and when he came back to the locker room, the bag was on the other side of the room with the contents hanging out of it, the report said.
