City of Lockport
• DISORDERLY: Anthony J. Cescon, 16, 241 Ohio St., was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Cescon was reportedly talking while sitting in the audience at Lockport City Court, causing a disruption in the courtroom. When an officer told Cescon to move to another part of the courtroom, he moved a couple seats over and sat down, the report said. The officer told Cescon to move to the other side of the room, and Cescon allegedly got up and used obscenities in reference to the officer. He was placed under arrest for using obscene language in the courtroom, the report said.

• DOG BITE: An Autumnview Drive woman told deputies she was walking her dog near her home Monday when a neighbor approached them, walking his dog. She said the man’s dog began growling and then broke free of its leash and attacked her dog. She took her dog to an emergency clinic for treatment. The other dog’s owner provided deputies with proof of rabies shots, the report said.

• LARCENY: A Thornwoods Drive man reported Tuesday that overnight, someone entered his car and stole a stereo, an amplifier, a subwoofer, a pair of prescription sunglasses and 25 CDs. The items are worth $950.
• LARCENY: An employee at Wilson Farms on Ward Road reported Monday that four 20-pound propane tanks, filled with propane, were stolen from a cage outside the store. The employee said she heard noises outside about 9:46 p.m., and when she went out to check, she saw a tan pickup driving off, westbound on Niagara Falls Boulevard, with propane tanks in the back. The master lock on the cage had been cut off, the report said. The tanks are worth $200.

• DRUGS: Kenneth R. Hamilton, 46, 5938 Kline Road, Niagara Falls, was charged early Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped to investigate a suspicious motorcycle carrying two men in a parking lot on Upper Mountain Road about 2:17 a.m. Hamilton, the driver, told deputies he was giving his friend a ride back to nearby apartments. Deputies found Hamilton was driving with a suspended license, the report said. Hamilton was reportedly sweating profusely and unable to speak clearly, pacing around during questioning, the report said. He reportedly emptied his pockets on the ground near his motorcycle while deputies were interviewing the passenger. On the ground, deputies found a bag of marijuana and suspected crack cocaine, along with a glass smoking device, which was still hot. The passenger reportedly told deputies they had stopped in the parking lot so Hamilton could get high on the way to Ransomville. Hamilton was held in lieu of $500 bail.
