• CHARGED: Aaron D. Young, 28, 688 Brown St., Rochester was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of government administration and a pedestrian violation. At 3:35 a.m. Sunday, Young was observed with another person walking on Pine Street. According to the report, he gave identification and then ran to Waterman Street. It appeared he threw something on the ground. Young was taken into custody on Waterman Street. Police located a bag with a rocky substance which field tested positive for cocaine.
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Two residents of South Dayton were charged early Sunday morning after the report of a fight on Minard Street. Joseph N. Treusch, 18, 8570 Cottage Road was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree obstruction of government administration and alcohol under 21. Crystal M. Treusch, 22, 8570 Cottage Road was charged with disorderly conduct. The patrol responded to Minard Street for the report of a fight after a party.
• CHARGED: Marcus J. Huston, 27, 150 Godding St. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of an alcoholic beverage. Police observed a vehicle traveling on Grant Street with a loud car stereo at 5:55 p.m. on Friday. The driver pulled over on Allen Street and immediately left the vehicle. Huston had a suspended license. During a search, a small bag was found in Huston’s pocket which tested for marijuana. Huston also had an open container of vodka.∫

• DWI: Randy A. Kuhn, 53, 7556 Chestnut Ridge Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and illegal signal. Police observed a vehicle make a right from the left lane without using a turn signal on Beattie Road. The patrol noted an odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath along with glassy eyes and impaired motor coordination. Kuhn failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department where he refused to take the chemical test. Kuhn also had a prior conviction of DWI in 2006 in the Town of Cambria.
