• HARASSMENT: Christopher A. Santiago, 27, 192 Erie St., upper, was charged Monday afternoon with second-degree harassment, third-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. Santiago allegedly fought with a woman in the bathroom at his home, calling her names and throwing razors, lotion and a shampoo bottle at her while he was in the shower. The woman went into the living room, and when Santiago got out of the shower he allegedly walked in and pushed her into the couch, yelling, “I’ll burn this (expletive) house down. I’m taking everything. I’ll beat you up. I’ll kill you.” Santiago’s 3-year-old daughter was in the room, the report said. The woman went to a home on Niagara Street and called 911. Santiago was held without bail and is due today in Lockport City Court.
