City of Lockport
• ALCOHOL: Rachel M. Habalou, 20, 329 Chestnut St., and Alex S. Pittner, 21, 6712 Old Beattie Road, were each charged Tuesday afternoon with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Habalou and Pittner allegedly purchased alcohol for several minors April 11. They were released on their own recognizance.
• HARASSMENT: Shawn M. Owens, 18, 262 Garden St., Apt. D, was charged Tuesday night with second-degree harassment. Owens allegedly got into an argument with a roommate and pushed her onto a bed. He allegedly grabbed her arm and said, “On the count of three, I’m going to break it.” The woman told police Owens let her go after twisting her arm a bit. She was not injured, the report said. Owens turned himself in at the Lockport Police Department.
• LOITERING: Alisha L. Newton, 22, 270 State Road, Apt. 1, and Ezzard C. Rivers Jr., 28, 3010 McKoon Ave., Niagara Falls, were each charged Wednesday morning with loitering at night. Officers reportedly found Rivers and Newton in a car at Altro Park on Willow Avenue about 12:30 a.m. When officers told Newton and Rivers the park had closed at 9 p.m., Rivers allegedly became verbally abusive to the officers. They were each issued appearance tickets and are due May 20 in Lockport City Court.
Town of Lockport
• VANDALISM: A Tompkins Court woman reported Tuesday afternoon that her car was vandalized while it was parked in the lot at Wal-Mart on South Transit Road. When she came out of the store, the front driver’s-side tire had been punctured and the front left fender was scratched. Damage was estimated at $450.
• ID THEFT: A Campbell Boulevard woman reported Wednesday morning that two unauthorized purchases were made with her debit card for a total of $816.21. One purchase was made at a store in France, and another was made at an Apple Store in Sydney, Australia, the report said.

• BURGLARY: An employee at Coomer Road Salvage on Coomer Road reported Monday that someone stole about 30 car batteries from the yard. The batteries are worth $150.
Royalton
• DWI: Daniel J. Bachman, 38, 2718 Hartland Road, Gasport, was charged early Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Slayton Settlement Road. Bachman reportedly told deputies he’d had two drinks. He allegedly failed two field sobriety tests and refused to submit to a breath test. He was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due Tuesday in Royalton Town Court.
Wheatfield
• VANDALISM: An Adams Volunteer Fire Company official reported Sunday that overnight someone had spray painted graffiti on the side of the fire hall on Klemer Road. Damage was estimated at $200.
Wilson
• VANDALISM: An Amherst woman reported Tuesday that overnight, someone released several cables on the sail of her sailboat, which was docked off Lake Road. The mast fell onto another sailboat. Damage was estimated at $200.
