• ID THEFT: A Main Street woman reported Sunday that someone opened a Capital One credit card using her Social Security number.
• LARCENY: A Lake Road man reported Monday that sometime since Thursday, someone stole $250 from a wallet on his kitchen table.
• LARCENY: A Lake Road woman reported Sunday that she saw a man steal two gas cans from her unattached garage. The woman said she saw the man take the gas cans from the garage, pour the gas in his gas tank and put the empty cans in the trunk. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 6 feet tall, with brown hair and a pony tail, wearing a long-sleeved shirt and jeans. The woman confronted the man, who said he was almost out of gas and thought he had a leak in his gas tank. He then drove away, the report said. The gas was worth about $21.

• CONTEMPT: Kirk A. Miller, 32, 494 Lake St., was charged Saturday night with second-degree criminal contempt. An Autumnview Drive man told deputies he heard a loud banging on the apartment building below his balcony about 10:30 p.m. He said he went outside and saw Miller standing below the balcony looking up at him. Miller allegedly ran away from the building. The man said he has an order of protection against Miller. Miller was released on his own recognizance and is due May 13 in Wilson Town Court.
• LARCENY: A Dorwood Park woman reported Friday that someone stole a lawn mower from her unlocked shed. The lawn mower is worth $75.
