• MENACING: Two 16-year-olds sitting on a porch on Duerto Drive told police Tuesday night that a white man in his 20s, driving a green pickup with a white or gray stripe along the side, pulled into the driveway. The teens said the man rolled down the passenger-side window and pointed a gun at them. When they went inside to call 911, the man parked outside for about five minutes before driving away south on Williams Road, the teens said. Deputies checked the area but did not find a pickup matching that description. The area was continually checked throughout the night, the report said.
• CONTEMPT: Jeffrey S. Walker, 44, 138 Sixth St., North Tonawanda, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies stopped in Oppenheim Park to investigate a car parked there after dark. Walker, the driver, told police he and his passenger, a North Tonawanda woman, were "dishing." The woman appeared to be intoxicated, the report said. A database check reportedly found the woman had an order of protection against Walker. The woman was picked up by a family member, and Walker was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail. He is due May 15 in Wheatfield Town Court.
• LARCENY: A Meadowbrook Acres woman reported Tuesday that overnight, someone entered her car and stole an iPod, two cell phones, an MP3 player, $27 in cash and a wallet, together worth $631.
