City of Lockport
• CHARGED: Anthony E. Luke, 41, 178 Green St., Apt. 2, was charged with a pedestrian violation. Luke was walking on the roadway on Green Street at 1:22 a.m. Saturday.
• CHARGED: Brittany A. Doxey, 16, 7 John St., rear, was charged with disorderly conduct. The officers responded to a call on John Street for a possible custody dispute at 11:40 p.m. Friday. According to the report, Doxey became abusive with officers and used obscene language.
• CHARGED: Jason M. Naylor, 34, 102 S. Bristol Ave., was charged with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. The patrol responded to Bristol Avenue in response to a 911 call at 6:45 p.m. Friday on Mill Street. According to the report, the victim said Naylor struck her on the head, threatened her, spit on her truck and threatened to burn the house down. When she reached into the truck for her property, she was hit in the head with a leather binder and elbowed in the face. The victim requested a full order of protection. The suspect was held without bail.
• CHARGED: Felicia G. Horton, 23, 183 Saxton St., was charged with second-degree harassment. The patrol unit responded to Saxton Street at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the report of a woman with a knife. A verbal argument became physical and the defendant struck the victim in the face and kicked up, according to the report. Horton head-butted the victim. Horton was uncooperative at booking and refused to answer any questions.
Town of Lockport
• CHARGED: Lucas J. Stunkel, 18, 3598 Beebe Road, Newfane, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 2:40 a.m. Saturday, patrols observed a Jeep Cherokee swerving over the fog line several times while northbound on Lake Avenue. After running the driver through a battery of tests and finding him fit to drive, the patrol observed a glass pipe of the type used for smoking marijuana. The patrol found a zipper baggy suspected marijuana under the passenger seat. The passenger, Stunkel, admitted to being the owner of the marijuana. Stunkel was released on an appearance ticket.
• DWI: Jeffrey W. Bobzien, 40, 7746 Wheeler Road, Gasport, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. At 4:27 a.m. Saturday, patrols conducted a traffic stop after observing the vehicle exit the parking lot of Oak Run Golf Course erratically. According to the report, the vehicle repeatedly crossed onto the shoulder and over the fog line of Lake Avenue. The patrol detected an odor of alcoholic beverage, slurred speech and glassy eyes on the part of the suspect. Bobzien registered a .18 positive breath screen and failed several field sobriety tests. He registered a .16 BAC at the Lockport Police Department.
• HARASSMENT: Christopher J. Tagg. 221 Green St., Lockport, was charged with second-degree harassment. According to the report, Tagg texted the Robinson Road victim about 50 times in 90 minutes Friday. Tagg stated that he is upset because the victim is now with his ex-girlfriend.
