• DWI: Jordan R. Lang, 21, 3122 Lower Mountain Road, Sanborn, was charged Saturday night with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, improper signal and a seat belt violation after a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Lang allegedly failed several field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody and reportedly registered a 0.18 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. Lang told deputies the car was not his, but he had taken the keys from a woman at a bar and was driving it home for her. He allegedly said, “I thought I’d do the (expletive) a favor and take her car, so she wouldn’t drive home drunk, and you (expletive) bag me, man! (Expletive) outstanding!” The woman responded to the scene with her mother, who took possession of the car. The woman reportedly said she did not want to press charges for unauthorized use of a vehicle because she thought Lang’s gesture was “sweet.”
