Somerset Road, Appleton, was charged with disorderly conduct, and Stanley Presha, 18, 655 Lincoln Parkway, was charged with an underage alcohol violation. Individuals were seen fleeing on foot in various directions when police arrived. Henley was located sitting in the driveway. She became argumentative and belligerent, according to the report. Several others were seen in the residence but refused to open the door. It was not determined if the resident was present at the time.
