• VANDALISM: Gregory J. Dirschedl, 18, 3224 Lower Mountain Road, Sanborn, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Dirschedl allegedly admitted to prying open 10 lockers and stealing eight graphing calculators, one cell phone, $65 in cash, three MP3 players and some video games. He reportedly told deputies he planned to sell the items on eBay to get money to pay off a debt. The other student was not yet charged, but both were suspended from school, the report said.

Douglas was released on his own recognizance and is due June 19 in Wheatfield Town Court.
