City of Lockport
• BURGLARY: Charles D. McMillan, 38, 3637 Ransomville Road, Apt. 2, Ransomville, was charged Wednesday morning with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal contempt. McMillan allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend’s Erie Street apartment June 10. He allegedly climbed a ladder and entered through a window. The woman told police she woke up to find McMillan kneeling next to her bed. When she told him to leave, he went out the back door, the report said. The woman has an order of protection against McMillan. He was held without bail.
• HARASSMENT: Toni B. Crenshaw, 16, 287 South St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Crenshaw allegedly yelled obscenities and pushed a woman in her apartment building. She allegedly threatened to kill the woman.

• LARCENY: A North Chili man reported Tuesday that overnight, someone stole 500 pounds of brass valves that were stored in an apple bin on his property on Ketchum Avenue. A chain had been cut on the fence around the property, the report said. The brass valves are worth about $935.
