• DWI: Robert F. Germann, 41, 183 Prospect St., rear, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, failure to signal, driving without valid inspection and an equipment violation after a 2:05 a.m. traffic stop on Park Avenue. Germann allegedly failed several field sobriety tests. He was held in lieu of $200 bail.
• HARASSMENT: Amber L. Triscari, 32, 556 28th St., Niagara Falls, was charged Tuesday morning with second-degree harassment. A Monroe Street woman told police Triscari called her several times a day for a week in October and threatened her. Triscari was arrested on a warrant Tuesday and held without bail.
• TRESPASS: Roxanne S. Rivers, 31, 271 Locust St., Apt. 1A, was charged Monday night with trespass and petit larceny. A Locust Street man told police he had told Rivers several times to leave his apartment and she refused. Officers arrived and told Rivers to leave the apartment. She allegedly refused and became belligerent. After her arrest, officers searched her and reportedly found a prescription bottle containing Nexium pills belonging to the man. Rivers was held in lieu of $250 bail.

• LARCENY: A Fritz Road man told deputies Monday that sometime since Saturday, someone broke into his car and stole an amplifier, a band pass and two speakers, together worth $500.
