• HARASSMENT: Shannon V. Hill, 24, 294 Washburn St., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday evening with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. Hill allegedly called a Lindhurst Drive woman several times Tuesday, telling her he had taken several items from her car. Hill allegedly called the woman 16 times between 2:48 p.m. and 3:20 p.m., telling her, “Just come see me, I’ll give you your (expletive) back.” The woman said she checked her car and found the items were missing. She told police she has an order of protection against Hill. He was held without bail.
• RECKLESS: Robert J. Reynolds, 40, 144 N. Transit St., upper, was charged Tuesday with reckless driving, disobeying a stop sign and unsafe passing. A Ruhlmann Road woman stopped Tuesday at the LPD and told police Reynolds, her boyfriend, had followed her from her home after a domestic incident. Officers reportedly saw Reynolds driving on Church Street and fail to stop for a stop sign. He allegedly passed a van at the intersection and continued east. Officers stopped him on Grand Street, the report said. He was held in lieu of $100 bail.

• DWI: Ann M. Yarussi, 21, 3210 Beechwood Circle, Niagara Falls, was charged early Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and failure to use designated lane after a 1:45 a.m. traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Yarussi allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and registered a 0.10 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. She was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due today in Wheatfield Town Court.
