BLOTTER: Police reports published July 22

Town of Lockport

• ENDANGERMENT: Kristina L. Wagner, 25, 5772 Sweetwood Drive, Apt. B, was charged Friday morning with endangering the welfare of a child. Wagner allegedly left her daughter home alone while she went to work. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due today in Lockport Town Court.

• OBSTRUCTION: Jeffrey D. Pirk, 29, 6193 Raymond Road, was charged Friday afternoon with second-degree obstructing governmental administration after a traffic stop on Raymond Road. Pirk allegedly got out of his vehicle and began walking toward the patrol car. Deputies reportedly told him to return to his vehicle several times, but Pirk allegedly began yelling and using obscenities. He allegedly got back in his vehicle, drove into the driveway of his home and got out. Deputies followed and warned Pirk he would be under arrest if he did not comply, but Pirk allegedly still refused to obey. PIrk was arrested and held in lieu of $500 bail. He is due Thursday in Lockport Town Court.

• DWI: William E. Reynolds, 43, 412 Englewood Drive, Lufkin, Texas, was charged Saturday night with driving while intoxicated, illegal signaling and driving without a license after an 11:33 p.m. traffic stop on Windemere Drive. Reynolds allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and registered a 0.09 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. He was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due today in Lockport Town Court.

• HARASSMENT: A Maplewood Drive man reported Sunday that he received a call on his cell phone from an unknown female threatening to come to his home and “shoot up the place.” The woman reportedly said “there’s a bullet for everyone with their name on it who lives there.”

Newfane

• LARCENY: An employee of NAPA Auto Parts on South Main Street reported Friday that overnight, someone stole 55 vehicle batteries that were stacked outside the business. The batteries are worth $538, the report said.

• LARCENY: A Transit Road man reported Sunday that overnight, someone stole his fish mailbox off the post in front of his house. The mailbox is worth $200, the report said.

Ransomville

• LARCENY: An employee of Ki-Po Motors reported Saturday that overnight, someone stole four tires and four rims from a vehicle in the parking lot. The tires and rims are worth about $1,500, the report said.

Cambria

• HARASSMENT: A Saunders Settlement Road man reported Saturday that he received a threatening call from his granddaughter’s ex-boyfriend. The caller reportedly threatened to slit the granddaughter’s throat and said, “You’ll find her all bloody.”

Olcott

• DAMAGE: A Washington Street woman reported Sunday that she went to Transit Road man’s home to speak with him. The man reportedly stuck his head out the second-story window and said he did not want to speak with her. The woman told deputies she walked away from the home and looked back to see the man throw her $300 Motorola cell phone out the window, causing it to break. The woman said she did not wish to press charges but wanted the incident on record.

Wheatfield

• BURGLARY: A Niagara Falls Boulevard woman reported Sunday that sometime between 4:30 p.m. Saturday and midnight, someone forced open the front door of her home and stole a U.S. quarter collection worth $75 and several pieces of jewelry worth about $200. The door had been kicked in near the lock, the report said.
