The man told officers Woods had left the scene and was walking north on Robinson Place. Officers found Woods, who had her 3-year-old son with her, and took her into custody. The man was treated at Lockport Memorial Hospital. Officers found a knife in the backyard of a Spalding Street home, but it was unclear if it was the knife used in the alleged crime, the report said.
