Town of Lockport
• LARCENY: A Crosby Road woman reported Thursday that she parked her car in a lot on South Transit Road about 3:30 p.m. When she returned about an hour later, she found the passenger side window had been smashed, and her purse had been taken from inside the car, the report said. The damage to the window was estimated at $200. The purse contained several credit cards, the report said.
Lewiston
• DWI: Lindsay H. Williams, 23, 2435 Lords Hill Rod, Lafayette, was charged early Friday with driving while intoxicated and speeding after a 3:35 a.m. traffic stop on North Fourth Street. Deputies reportedly clocked Williams at 47 mph in a 30 mph zone as she drove down Center Street. She allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and registered a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. She was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due Tuesday in Lewiston Town Court.
Town of Niagara
• DWI: Darryl K. Gaiter II, 27, 149 Roebling Ave., Buffalo, was charged early Friday with DWI and failure to signal after a 12:26 a.m. traffic stop on Factory Outlet Boulevard. Gaiter allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and registered positive for alcohol on a field sensor, the report said. He allegedly refused a breath test for blood alcohol content. Gaiter was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due Monday in Niagara Town Court.
North Tonawanda
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Brain P. Brooks, 44, 57 Hartwell Road, left, Buffalo, was charged Saturday morning with disorderly conduct and soliciting a ride on Sweeney Street. Brooks is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Eric P. Pearson, 23, 274 Sweeney St., lower, was charged early Saturday with disorderly conduct following an incident on Webster Street. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
• DRUGS: Garrett R. Schroeder, 22, 11 Cottage St., was charged Friday night with unlawful possession of marijuana on Euclid Avenue. He was released on his own recognizance.
