BLOTTER: Police reports published March 25

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Town of Lockport

DISORDERLY: Allen J. Tomaino, 25, 41 Cave St., Lockport was charged at 7:15 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct after deputies responded to 6106 Ruhlman Road for a report of a possible domestic incident. A victim of a possible domestic incident stated that Tomaino forced her into his vehicle. However, the potential victim later changed her story, saying that she willingly got into and operated the vehicle with Tomaino in the passenger seat. While being detained in the rear of patrol vehicle Tomaino became disorderly and began to kick the passenger side window of the patrol vehicle. He was charged with disorderly conduct and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $100 bail.

Hartland

LARCENY: A Ridge Road resident reported to sheriff’s deputies Saturday that someone entered her unlocked vehicle between 1:30 and 6:15 a.m. Saturday and stole a Garmin GPS valued at $100 and $1 in change. Patrol observed two distinct sets of shoe prints in the snow leading up to the vehicle and proceeding both east and west of the location. Deputies report they believe the suspects parked on Ridge Road and walked up to several vehicles in the area, proceeding through backyards.

LARCENY: A Ridge Road man reported to sheriff’s deputies Saturday that a package left for him by FedEx was missing. The vicitm said that according to his Fed Ex logistics notification, his property was delivered to the front door of the apartment complex at 5:03 p.m. Friday. However, when he went to the retrieve the property on Saturday, it was no longer on the porch and presumed stolen. Patrol interviewed all residents of the apartment complex, however none claimed to know the location of the property. The package contained tools valued at nearly $60.

LARCENY: A Gasport Road resident reported to sheriff’s deputies Sunday that sometime overnight March 16-17 someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an iPod Touch valued at $280. The victim added he contacted Apple and filed a claim, however they were not able to track the whereabouts of the property up to this point in time.
