COUNTERFEIT: Anderson Davis II, 152 High St. lower, was charged Thursday with second-degree possession of a forged instrument. According to the arrest report, Davis tried to purchase $10 in gas from a service station on South Transit with a $100 counterfeit bill at 1:30 p.m. Davis refused to cooperate with the police and declined to sign a statement, Lockport officers said. An arrest package was filed and the police consulted with the attorney’s office. Davis was arrested at his apartment at 8:22 p.m. Thursday.

Hartland

CRIMINAL MISHIEF: The owner of the Cup and Saucer Restaurant on Ridge Road reported the exterior wall of the building was damaged by a presumed motor vehicle which left the area. The damage occurred sometime between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
